The Board of Governors, Newfoundland and Labrador Division is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph F. Browne, M.O.M., to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Division of the Canadian Corps Commissionaires.  Joe recently retired as Chief of Police with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary having completed a distinguished career spanning 28 years.

At this time the Board would like to express our deep appreciation to the outgoing CEO, Brian Furlong, who has served the Division for 24 years and has made a great contribution to the Commissionaires in this Province.  I know you all join the Board in wishing Brian and his family much happiness and health in his retirement.
